We produce extra virgin olive oil, proudly and legally defined as typical "Lucchese" oil. The very high quality of the product is guaranteed by an Olinomio mill which allows us to control every step of the olives crushing in real time.
The passion for this green treasure brought us to attend courses about the topics of cultivation and pruning of the trees and oil tasting.
As in the surrounding farms we have several qualities of olives among which the best ones are the Leccino, the Frantoiano and the Moraiolo.
